The engagement

AI Readiness and First Automation.

£1,450, two days. Day one finds the repetitive work worth automating. Day two builds one of them, working, in your tools. You leave with something running — and with the paperwork that lets you explain it to a client or a regulator.

Day one

Map the work, find the three candidates

I sit with how work actually moves through your firm — not the process diagram, the real thing. Where enquiries land, who re-keys what, which documents get chased twice, what gets rebuilt by hand every month.

  • A walkthrough of the current operation, end to end
  • The three highest-volume repetitive tasks, ranked by what they cost you
  • An honest call on which one is worth building first
  • If nothing is worth automating, you hear it here
Day two

Build one of them, working, in your tools

Not a prototype and not a slide. One of the three, built in the systems you already use, running against your real process before I leave.

  • One automation, live in your tools
  • The people-approval points agreed and in place
  • A handover so your staff can run and change it
  • The other two candidates written up for later
The part most people skip

The written data note.

Every automation I build ships with a written note covering what data it touches, where that data goes, the lawful basis for processing it, and how long it is kept — so it stands up if a client or a regulator asks.

This is the question a generic automation consultant cannot answer and a compliance adviser cannot build around. Doing both sides is the point of the engagement.

What you get

  • Two days of work, at a fixed £1,450
  • One working automation in the tools you already use
  • A written data note covering what it touches, where it goes, the lawful basis and retention
  • The two remaining candidates documented, so you can decide later

What there isn't

  • No ongoing commitment
  • No platform to buy and no licence to renew
  • No lock-in — what I build runs in your accounts, not mine

If there is nothing worth automating, I will tell you on day one and invoice half. That outcome is a real one, and it is cheaper for you than finding out slowly.

A short call first, to check there is something here worth two days. We talk through how the work moves, what data is involved and which tools you already run. No preparation needed.
