Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Operisys website and the information, tools and services we make available through it. Please read them carefully. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Operisys Ltd (“Operisys”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17272866, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. You can contact us at hello@operisys.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The website and our services
The website provides information about Operisys’ business modernization and AI systems services, including the Operisys Modernization Framework (OMF) assessment, resources, and the ability to make enquiries and book consultations. The content of the site is for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or other advice.
Any consulting, development or other paid services are provided under a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or contract). Where there is any conflict between that agreement and these terms, the separate agreement prevails for those services.
4. Assessments, tools and AI features
The OMF assessment, any calculators, and our website assistant (chatbot) are provided for general guidance only. Outputs — including AI-generated responses and assessment scores — may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not a substitute for professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through these tools. We may change or withdraw these features at any time.
5. Bookings and consultations
When you request or book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information. A booking is a request for a meeting and does not create a binding engagement to deliver paid services until confirmed in a separate agreement.
6. Payments and refunds
Where services or products are paid for through the site, payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Fees, payment schedules and any refund or cancellation terms are set out in the applicable order or service agreement. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers, including, where applicable, the right to cancel certain contracts under consumer protection law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems;
- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or impair the site;
- scrape, harvest or misuse data, or use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the site;
- misuse the chatbot or forms to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Operisys name and brand, the OMF framework and methodology, and software — is owned by or licensed to Operisys and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Your content and submissions
You retain ownership of information you submit through the site. You grant us a limited licence to use it to respond to you and provide the relevant service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services and links
The site relies on, and may link to, third-party services (for example payment, scheduling, hosting and AI providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, and may change these terms, at any time. Where changes are material we will update the “Last updated” date; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and make no guarantee that the site or its content will be accurate, complete, current, or free from errors or viruses.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including consumers’ statutory rights).
Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or its free tools and content. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
